What to Expect During Your Photoshoot
01 : Pre-Shoot Planning
Consultation & Scheduling: We’ll coordinate in advance to plan the most efficient schedule—whether it’s spread across one or multiple days.
Choose Background(s): Your background sets the tone for your entire photo. Whether you're going for classic, creative, or corporate, the right backdrop helps tell your story and keeps the focus where it belongs—on you.
Location Setup: We’ll arrive early to set up a mobile studio on-site with professional lighting, backdrop(s), and camera equipment.
02 : On the Day of the Shoot
Quick & Efficient Sessions: Each employee will have a 2–4 minute session. We’ll pose and guide them to capture flattering, professional shots quickly and comfortably.
Minimal Disruption: With proper scheduling (by department, shift, or time blocks), employees are in and out in just a few minutes.
Optional On-Site Proofing: Employees can choose their favorite image on the spot (or selections can be made post-session by HR or marketing, depending on your preference).
03 : After the Session
Consistent Editing: All final images are color corrected and professionally retouched to ensure a clean, cohesive look.
Organized Delivery: Images are delivered in a structured folder system by department, location or employee name, and include high-resolution and web-optimized formats. Thumb drive options are available for additional fee.
Turnaround: Standard turnaround is 14-21 business days (7-10 days for 25 or less headshots), with rush options available.
04 : Pricing
